DESCRIPTION:Bishop Denise S. Wilson is the Founding Pastor of The Rock Christian Center in Falls Church, Virginia, where she has been serving since November 2011. She accepted the call to ministry in 2003 and holds degrees in Biblical Studies, Christian Education, and a Master of Arts in Theology. In 2005, she founded the Wilson Ministry Foundation, a non-profit evangelistic organization.\nBishop Wilson has been recognized for her leadership and contributions, including being the first female President of the Baptist Ministers Conference of Northern Virginia and receiving the U.S. President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service in 2024. She was consecrated a Bishop in 2022 in the House of Hope Ecumenical and continues to mentor female clergy through the Naomi Project International, which she founded in 2023.\n
